Returns & Exchanges

Our holiday return policy offers extended flexibility for orders placed between December 3rd, 2025 and December 15th, 2025. These orders can be returned or exchanged up until January 15th, 2025. Please note that this extended return window does not apply to items marked as final sale.

For standard returns, we accept unworn bikinis and clothing purchased from frankiesbikinis.com in new condition with the original tags and liners attached, within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please be aware that items marked as final sale are ineligible for a refund. At this time, we do not offer store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying on swimwear over underwear. Also, please note that online orders cannot be returned in-store.

We also offer an instant exchange service. With this option, we’ll verify your payment method when you initiate the return. The exchange order will start processing right away once the return is initiated. You will have 14 days to ship the return back to us. If your return is shipped within this time frame, everything will proceed smoothly. However, if you don’t ship the return within the 14 days or decide to keep the item, we will charge your card for the full amount of the return. If you miss the 14-day window but still intend to return the item, please contact our support team for assistance.

To begin your return, US and international customers can initiate the process via the provided return portal. Once your return request is submitted, you’ll receive a shipping label via email. Use the label to send your items back. After we inspect the returned items, you will receive a refund notification within 10-15 business days. The return label will be valid for 28 days from the time it is issued, and you will receive a reminder email a week before the label expires.

For international customers, please be aware that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

If you wish to return a pre-order item, please contact our customer service team via email at frankiesbikini@outlook.com to initiate the return. Pre-order returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Tracking your return is simple. US customers can use the tracking number on the provided prepaid shipping label, while international customers can track their return using the DHL International return label.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive your returned items. Once the refund is issued, please allow an additional 5-10 days for the funds to be posted to your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

For purchases made at a Frankies Bikinis retail store, please return or exchange the items directly at the location where the purchase was made, as in-store purchases cannot be handled online.
