As we continue to grow, we are also seeking exceptional talent for various roles at our upcoming boutiques. In Boston, we’re gearing up for the opening of our new store on Newbury Street, which will be open from April 2026 to December 2026. We’re looking for dynamic Sales Associates who are passionate about fashion and eager to represent Frankies Bikinis. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Sales Associate, you will have the chance to connect with our customers and help them find the perfect beachwear pieces for every occasion.

Similarly, at Desert Hills Premium Outlets, we’re excited to announce the opening of a new Frankies Bikinis boutique in May 2026. We’re seeking talented and motivated individuals for part-time retail sales associate positions, as well as a retail sales supervisor. If you’re someone who thrives in a leadership role and has a passion for customer service, the sales supervisor position might be a great fit. This role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for all visitors.

Additionally, we’re looking for a results-driven Retail Store Manager for our Desert Hills location. This role requires someone who can innovate and execute strategies that drive sales, while maintaining a high standard of store presentation and customer service. The manager will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the store and help achieve business goals.

We’re also expanding our marketing team and are currently hiring for a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and executor, with experience in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

For those with a creative flair, we are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team part-time. This position involves working on both digital and print marketing materials, helping to bring the Frankies Bikinis brand to life visually. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to execute designs that align with our brand’s aesthetic.

Finally, we’re looking for a Retail Project Manager to support the rapid expansion of Frankies Bikinis’ retail stores across the United States.
