For US orders, we offer several shipping options to meet different needs. Our standard shipping option is free of charge. For those who need their items faster, we also offer expedited services, including 2-day shipping for $14 and overnight shipping for $28. Please note that all orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day. Typically, orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, though delivery times are based on average transit durations.
It’s important to note that expedited shipments are not delivered on weekends or during holidays. Delivery estimates provided are based on these average times, so actual delivery dates may vary.
If you are placing a pre-order, you will see the anticipated ship date listed on the product page. When you place an order for a pre-order item, the full payment is processed immediately. If you decide to cancel your pre-order before the ship date, you can do so by contacting our customer service team.
In the event that your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are available. Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders to ship the in-stock items first. For those who want to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for each.
While we make every effort to accommodate order cancellations, the window for this is quite small due to our swift processing system. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible, but we will do our best to assist you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the shipping status of your package.
If you have chosen to add embroidery to your order, please note that all monogram placements are sewn onto the left cuff. Embroidery orders require up to one week to process before they are shipped. There may be slight variations in the embroidery due to the nature of the process.
For high-value orders over $1,000 USD, a signature will be required upon delivery. These shipments will be sent via FedEx, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
In case an item is missing from your shipment, we ask that you reach out to us within 30 days. If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to find it, please allow up to 72 hours to ensure the package has not yet been delivered.
