For Canadian orders, we offer several shipping options to accommodate different delivery preferences. Standard shipping for Canada is available at a cost of CA$15, or it is free for orders over CA$150. If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited 2-day shipping for CA$16 and overnight shipping for CA$24.

When shopping internationally, you may find that some items in your cart are not available for shipping to your location. This may occur due to various shipping restrictions, product availability, or logistical constraints. If this happens, we recommend checking the product details or contacting customer support for further assistance.

International duties and taxes are calculated based on the destination country, and applicable sales tax is charged on the total merchandise cost. These charges are determined according to the shipping destination and are included in the product price in some cases, such as with orders to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. For the rest of the world, duties and taxes may vary depending on the country, and these are not included in the initial product price.

We use DHL Express for expedited shipping, which typically ensures that most orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination country. Keep in mind that the transit time begins once your order ships, and any delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control. During busy seasons, such as holidays or sales events, there may be shipping delays, and product availability might fluctuate as orders are processed.

Tracking your order is easy. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping notification and tracking number. You can use this tracking number to visit the carrier’s website and monitor the status of your package as it moves through the shipping process.

If you placed a pre-order, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items are available. The return window for pre-orders is extended to 30 days from the delivery date, rather than the purchase date, giving you ample time to assess your items.

For returns, international customers can initiate the process using the provided return link. After submitting your return request, you will receive a shipping label via email. Once the items are inspected, you will receive a refund notification within 10-15 business days. Please note that the return label is valid for a limited time, and any return processed after that period may not be accepted.

If you need to make multiple returns, each return will incur a separate return fee, as it is charged per label issued. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest returning it for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

For pre-order returns, please contact our customer service team via email at support@frankiesbikinis.com to initiate the return process. Pre-orders are accepted for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Tracking for returns can be done using the DHL International return label’s tracking number, allowing you to follow your return shipment’s progress.

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 10-15 business days after delivery. However, once you receive the refund notification, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
